What we collect and why
We collect business and contact details, membership setup information, signed commitments, payment references, and messages you send us. We use these to set up and administer memberships, verify membership claims, provide support, and address concerns. Private invitations use business contact information and branding from business sources to prepare company-specific offers.
Public and private records
A paid membership with completed business details and signed commitments may have a public record showing the business name, location, website, services, membership number, signed-code date, and current membership status. Test records are excluded. Personal contact information, internal notes, any records supplied to resolve concerns, and support messages are not part of the public profile. A record may remain visible as inactive so homeowners can check an old badge.
Services that process information
We use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to operate the website and store records, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, Resend for configured service emails, and PostGrid for direct mail. These providers may process data outside your country. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by NRSA.
Cookies and mailing response
We use a necessary cookie to keep your application accessible. Account recovery through ChatGPT shares your account identity and email with NRSA, not your conversations.
We measure company invitation opens and membership setup progress, and match completed setups and paid invoices to invitation codes. These campaign counters do not store visitor identities, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or form contents. We do not use advertising pixels or sell or share this activity for advertising.
Optional visit measurement uses no analytics cookie. It respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. It is off outside the United States, or when location is unavailable, unless you enable it here. Application, membership, and payment records are still kept to provide the service.

Retention and safeguards
Access to non-public documents and administrative records is restricted. We retain records needed to administer membership, resolve concerns, maintain accurate status history, and meet applicable business obligations. You may request deletion of information no longer needed; some payment, consent, and dispute records may need to be retained.

Use our privacy contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from future outreach, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Include only the information needed to explain your request.
